Zapp Brannigan loses interest in Leela and he starts a romance with her mom, which upsets Leela greatly. This causes Leela to try to stop this inappropriate romance by swaying Zapp away from her mom. Meanwhile, Leela's dad, who is unaware of his wife new suitor, dreams of surfing the biggest sewer waves on Earth.
